If you’ve read some of my story, you’ll know that I sold everything in Canada and moved to Mexico with two suitcases and zero Spanish. This leap of faith led me to an exciting opportunity where I became involved with a good friend of mine in developing beach properties. I would love to share my story and journey with you in full detail one day.

Initially, sales were slow, and progress was not as fast as I had hoped. My entire career had been in sales, thriving in fast-paced environments where, to the chagrin of my coworkers, I often outperformed by securing the best deals first. Facing the challenge head-on, I bought a drone, taught myself how to fly it and edit videos, and spent countless hours on YouTube learning marketing and social media strategies. When it became clear that agents weren't effectively promoting our properties or generating leads, I took matters into my own hands. I taught myself how to tell a great story, connect with the audience, and master social media ads/marketing. The result? Our sales and online presence skyrocketed! We began selling condos like hotcakes mostly all site unseen.
